It is very difficult to be certain, but working on the premise that every Fund Manager needs to have certain applications (GIPS Compliance, and Attribution analysis, irrespective of whether they buy from StatPro), the directors believe that the market for such software is over $500 million a year worldwide at the moment and is set to grow.

  6. StatPro currently has approx. 272 employees situated in London, Paris, New York, San Francisco, Milan, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Cape Town and Sydney. (Figures as at April 2008)

  7. How many offices does StatPro have and what are you plans for future expansion?
  8. StatPro has 12 offices (London, Paris, New York, Boston, Seattle, Toronto, Montréal, Milan, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Cape Town and Sydney). In the medium term, a key objective is to expand into Asia, to increase distribution and to provide global support for our international client base.

  9. How many times has StatPro’s stock split and what are the dates and ratios of those splits?
  10. When StatPro was created in March 1994 each nominal share was £1.00. This was split by 10 to 10p nominal shares on 14th November 1997.

    On 5th November 1999 the shares were split by 10 to 1p shares.

    On 12th April 2000 1 bonus share of 1p was given to each holder of a 1p share and to each option holder of 1p share a bonus option of 1p. Thus the overall share split is 200 from the original issue of shares.

    There are currently 54,516,354 shares in issue (April 2008).

  11. What is StatPro’s stock symbol?
  12. Our symbol is SOG. Coincidentally, this is also the symbol for Société Générale, so if making a search across several stockmarkets use L.SOG.

  13. When did StatPro float and at what price?
  14. StatPro floated on 18th May 2000 on the London Stock Exchange. The listing price was 80p per share. In June 2003, StatPro transferred its listing to AIM.

  16. The Preliminary results for 2007 were announced on 10th March 2008 and the interim report for 2008 will be announced in August 2008.
